Help Cant watch video from another phone

Hi So my wife sent me a video she recorded of our daughter and all im getting is the audio, her phone is the Samsung s3.

If I send her videos she can watch it on her phone.

Ive been using quick pic to transfer the videos.

Is thie video your wife recorded in MP4 video format? Samsung S3 only recognizes MP4, WMV, AVI, DivX, XviD, H.264, H.263 for video playback. If this video is not in any video type, you need a video converter to transcode the file format. I always choose Pavtube video converter for the work.

Hi yes its mp4 the problem is it wont play on my phone which is the ace 2, is it because her phone records in 1080 where the ace 2 is 720 ??
