Hey guys,
Trying to help a friend of mine, his Esteem developed an issue with the 4 capacitive keys at the bottom. They are just completely unresponsive unless you (and this is weird) squeeze the sides of the phone at the bottom real hard, then the keys somewhat work.
Any idea?
I took it apart to see if there were any loose ribbons but all are secured firmly. Put it back together with some added pressure points where the ribbons plug in but still no change.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
