Help Captivate Not Vibrating for Text Messages

Before I do a hard reset, I want to see if anyone else has had this problem. For whatever reason, my phone will not vibrate when it receives text messages, nor when I plug it in to charge. Before it always did that.

The phone DOES vibrate when I receive phone calls.

ATT directed me to Samsung Support, which directed me back to ATT support cause neither could give me an answer.

Please help!

Anyone have any ideas? I wanna avoid the hard reset!

Change the title to SOLVED!

If anyone has this problem, download Sound Manager from the Android Market. Once installed, go to the menu-vibration settings, and set to Always on Vibrate.

Then the problem is fixed.
