Captivate screen replacement

I've got three Captivates an two Aria's and now have a broken screen on one of the Captivates (not bad it lasted 3 1/2 months). I've searched different places for a replacement and there are many different prices. has anyone replaced one yet and what's a recommended place to get one from? Does anyone know of a vid to show the steps.... for this specific phone?
