Went from one extreme to the other I see! That sucks man, I couldn't handle my phone being mummified. Why not just get a normal case? How far up was your drop?

@sremick - could you link the confirmation by samsung? I already believe it is gorilla glass but I didn't know samsung ever confirmed it.

Well to be fair it was the only case I liked at Walmart. No one in town had a body glove which most of you all recommend. Looking at the otterbox and other options. Not sure how "extreme" any level of protection or non-protection really is though heh.

About 1-2 feet. However high up my shorts pocket is and I'm like 5'4".

I don't have it handy, but I asked them point-blank on either their official Twitter or their official Facebook, and they gave a clear, unambiguous affirmative. Would take some serious scrolling back as it was at least a month or 2 ago.
