Captivate sexy?

Does anyone else think the captivate is the sexiest of the galaxy s phones? I keep reading people on other boards saying that the captivate is the ugliest but i think the other phones look like rounded cheap tacky toys.
 
That's because they haven't seen or felt one up close. My friend with a Vibrant wishes his looked like the Captivate.
 
Yes. My first thought when I saw the Captivate was how good looking a piece of hardware it is. Easily the most gorgeous phone on the market at the moment.
 
I really thought the unbranded version that I believe one of the AT&T product managers had in a video was pretty stunning. Did we ever figure out how easy/difficult it is to take off the AT&T (and possibly the Samsung logo as well) from the front?
 
I definitely think the Captivate is the best-looking phone out of the Galaxy S phones. I love the hard lines as compared to the Vibrant. In fact I also think it's one of the best-looking phones on the market.

I doubt you can. The logos are underneath the glass

I thought it looked HORRIBLE in the pre-release pictures. They all made it look, and sound, like it was pure plastic. It feels mostly metal and glass to me (even if it's not), and because the screen is nearly as black as the case it's a nice shiny solid black slab. I think it's pretty sexy.
 
When I saw all the advertisements, I was disappointed by the look of the Captivate. I thought the other versions looked cooler. Then when I got my captivate in the mail and held it... That changed it all. Then, my wife got the Vibrant; it actually does have a plastic housing and feels a little cheap to me. That's when I knew the Vibrant was the best of the Galaxy phones.

So yes... My captivate is sexy.

*I'm still pissed the GPS doesn't work in this sexy phone.
 
I like the look of it over the other SGS phones, because the others look like KIRF-y iPhone 3G knockoffs.

I do wish the top/bottom portions of the back of the phone didnt look so cheap, especially the camera.

It DOES look and feel better in person than in pictures.

The best looking phone out? Hard to say, I really did like the aesthetics of the iPhone 4, when I had it, but I mean, if you can't hold it how you like and make calls, thats a huge problem. The glass was very premium looking and feeling.
 
I agree this phone is sexxxy...I thought my Evo was the hottest, but this phone really is the sexiest to date...especially, when the screen is off.
 
I think it looks great overall but I could have done without the faux carbon fiber look on the back and I don't like the raised GalaxyS on the back, over that it will wear down I have a feeling.

Speaking of which...are there replacement back panels you can find out there? Or do you think there will be? I would just like a flat black back panel.
