Help Captivate Stock Email Question

I have K9 installed and I'm using that. I want to stomp on my stock email client but I haven't figured out how.

Two questions - not completely related:

1) I have one mail account on the stock client: how do I delete it? and if I can't delete the account how do I save the changes to it? I don't see the save button.

2) Can I map the main email icon to point to my K9 app?

1. You should be able to go into the email account, then settings, then delete account if I recall

2. Applciations/ menu/ view type/ customizable grid/menu/edit/ choose k9 and move it to the task bar after deleting the stock from the bar. Stock will remain in applications if you ever want it back.

This actually replaces the stock icon with the K-9 one but I believe serves your same purpose
