Help Captivate text problem?

I am new to the samsung captivate!! Great phone! I love it! One thing though...text messages seem to not come in order. Does that happen to everyone or just me?

Happens to me from time to time, but I do not have a solution.

I never really had many problems with text msgs until Thanksgiving. And it was recieving msgs, when the other person sent them (a good 30 min difference). I did occasionally have the same problem with t-mo when I had them as well. I can't say if it is a network issue or a phone issue.

I had this problem as well. I'm pretty sure it was an issue with times at my carriers server, @ Rogers, but I found a fix by using SMS Time Fix - Android app on AppBrain

i've had delayed text issues on this phone (delayed for days before getting delivered to my phone). Just called AT&T last night and they couldn't fix the issue. I'm going to get a new SIM card at the store today to see if thats teh issue. That has fixed other issues in the past, so I'm hopefull.
