I was in the process of attempting to One-Click Root my Cappy and couldn't connect to my computer with usb debugging enabled. Tried restarting the phone but to no avail.
Have all the proper drivers installed on ma pc but will reinstall them to be sure...
any help would be appreciated
Also, have used odin to reflash stock back several times. Made no diffference
EDIT!!!!!
Installed pdanet. the drivers contained within the program fixxxxxed the problem
