Help Captive (Sound not working)

Hey guys,

So I dropped my phone in water (by accident, of course) and luckily, almost everything seems fine. The battery is less efficient but I'll manage. However, my sound seems to be gone. When I first turned it on after drying it, the sound worked but now, it's dead. Is there any way to fix this? Can Samsung help me with this? Or am I screwed?

Lets hope its not a hardware problem but software instead
try resetting your memory and see if that works...if not, flashing back to stock if you're on a custom rom?

Thanks for the reply, iffrett! By resetting the memory, you mean a hard reset right? I'm on 2.2 Froyo from Rogers atm.
