Root Capturing Screen shots and Video on ICS

I upgraded from an older version of Android and just found out how to to do this stuff, so I figured I'd share it. (these work with most Android 4.0+)

Take a Screenshot- Hold Vol Down+Power for a second.

Take a Screenshot- Press Vol Down+Vol Up takes screen using Quick Memo app
Take a Screenshot- Press Power+Home

For Recording a video screencast, use one of these apps:
Screencast (requires root)
Airdroid (send screen video to your pc)

There's a video capture program better for the PC called androidscreencast, it only needs Java installed to run. And adb server has to be running.

vol down + power only works if you do not have a screen shot app already installed
