Hey all, last night my car charger was really hot when I disconnected it. Also smell like hot wires, you know, that awful smell when something was about to explode or whatever haha.
Anyway, I bought my charger about a month ago, and has been working fine since. It's samsung branded and it's supposed to be the GS4G official car charger.
Well, last night it was overheating but I don't know if at the end it kept charging the phone, I didn't want to try it again until I was sure (I don't want to damage my phone, or my car!!)
The only thing I did different last night was to idle my car while waiting for a friend outside his work place, for 10min or so. The car/engine was on while I was waiting, but the phone did charge up, at least 15%, I had it charging for about 15-20min.
So, what's most likely to be the issue here? Bad charger? Car? phone? Is my charger broken now?
Phone seems to be charging OK with wall charger, so I guess it's not the phone.
