Car Charger

After a bit of searching I see that a car charger is not available for the Sony S, is it able to charge via the USB port?
Or would I need a power inverter, if so what size would be best to run on an inverter?

edit, I have sussed it cant be charged via a usb, so inverter?

Anything over 100 watts should charge it.
