Help car dock app issue

Okay is anyone esle out there experiencing this issue. My phone constantly enters into the car dock app by itself. I don't even own the car dock or have ever used one. I constantly have to close the app. I even have ended it in the applications page and on a task killer app. Any suggestions?

Anywhere near a magnet, or using a holster with a magnetic clip?
