Car dock issue

I recently rooted my phone, and have Pete's BB 0.3

Everything has been running great, except for the fact that when I now place my phone on the car dock, and I am charging, the screen times out. I have to hit the power button to resume back to the car screen. This never was the case when I had it docked before. Anyone aware of a setting to prevent this from happening?

I don't know about BB but in OTA 2.1 there is a setting to keep the phone awake when charging. (Settings > Applications > Development: Stay Awake)
