Help car dock

I just got the car dock yesterday and was playing around with it. I know that I have to press my phone down onto it until it clicks, but this makes it a pain to remove. There was another thread that some of you posted on that had a solution for this. I really want my phone to go in and come out smoothly. If you can post pic's of how you fixed this, that would be great!

Feel like mine has gotten easier with repeated use ( or maybe I am just more used to it). At first felt like it was very hard to even get it clicked in tight enough. Only problem is now i feel like I am taking it out at more of an angle and am afraid eventually it will wear at the connection site.
