Car Holder

Hi All.

Looking for a decent car holder for the SG3. Ideally one that suckers to the windscreen and not attaches to air vents.

There are a few about, but wondered if anyone had any pearls of wisdom before parting with my cash.

I had a great one that went into the cd slot that I loved. It was from mountek.com I believe. Worked great for several different phones.

When I bought my Jeep I went to a windshield mount. I bought a Heavy Duty one on ebay which works AWESOME and doesn't fall off the windshield of my Jeep no matter what I am driving on!

I'll find both of them and post links if you are interested.

I've been eyeing iBolt.co lately. I haven't used any of their products yet, but their stuff looks very nice.

I always get DriveTime holders:

They're really secure on the windscreen.

It says that it won't fit cases, but the one I'm waiting for is only 1.5mm thick... I'd be surprised if it doesn't fit.

With the exception of no charging port on the mount that is nice. I really need one that I just slip it in, and it charges while driving.

Can you not just plug in a charger?

I just keep a charger and the holder itself in my glove box. A lot of the time I don't bother charging it in the car.
