Root Car Mode Keeps Enabling

Ok so as of last night, car mode keeps enabling itself out of nowhere. and it drains my battery like you would not believe. I have never ever had this happen before. I froze Car Panel in Titanium but this did not help. Sometimes it stays on to where I have to select it to disable it and other times it comes and goes quick.

Anyone know what can be triggering this and how to fix it? :mad::confused:

I found a thread on this over at XDA, I'd recommend wiping cache/dalvik cache first, if no cigar, try flashing a different ROM, if STILL a no go, try a factory reset and see if that helps.

Same thing happening here and I have tried everything wiped everything, clean install, different ROMs. If you figure out a fix please tell me.
 
It seems to have stopped and yes, it seems to have started after having it plugged into my car charger. Knock on wood, but it seems to have stopped. Has not happened since Monday. It will literally drain your battery right to zero if this is on and you do not know it.
