It's adhesive... I bought a bunch of the material but this guy has the template and tools to cut it right! I'm trying to come close with my scissors but just not the same

So, the ones from this site are precut and ready to go? I was about to buy, but I wasn't sure (all it said was that it wasn't a printed pattern). Just want to be sure before I get myself in over my head.

Ahh.. some of the "carbon fiber" stuff out there doesn't have a texture, meaning is just printed.. This has texture.. the pattern is cut out. we've got a half dozen in the office, and we just cut more as we need them

glad you like it! i have another one with a much smaller, all green android sticker that i am giving my brother-in-law for christmas. in all honesty, i may like it better than mine, lol. i will make sure to get some pics up after the presents are unwrapped.

the cut stickers are pretty easy to make, but the printed ones are a little trickier.. we do both, but i much prefer the cut ones.. hehe

great product, nice fit, even allows you to peel off and retry a couple of times to get it right. i use it to cover up that ugly huge Viewsonic logo, and also protects a bit more from scratches.
