CARBON Flash ROM

I have a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit (Metro PCS) I bought last year running a stock 4.1.2 ROM, which is ROOTED-

(SGH-T599N/Android ver4.1.2/T599NUVAMD4)

I want to install 'CarbonROM 4.4.4' but I don't know which files to download...

If someone could point me to the correct files I would really appreciate it, as this is my first attempt at this-

In my opinion carbon sucked, locked up a lot, kept restarting on its own and the touch response was horrible.

You could try CyanogenMod 11 here, its alot better.

But to the link you posted flash TWRP first then download carbon by clicking carbon then the first link. "CARBON-KK-UNOFFICIAL-20141105-0012-codinalte.zip"
