Help Carmode deactivated

Hello. I keep getting this annoying message "Carmode deactivated" it's spamming my mobile every 2 seconds making in lag to extremes. can't do anything. I managed to screenshot the icon, and read the message. Anyone has this problem? and knows how to fix it? I've been having problems with my mobile not charging lately, but all of the sudden it started charging again.

Hello Is car mode turned on in the settings? When it wasn't charging did the phone show it was recognized by the charger? Sorry not able to view the screenshot!

How do i see where car mode is activated in settings? :) i tried settings > language and input > text-to-speech output > car mode

but i can only find text-to-speech-options? and that has nothing with car mode in it.

No it did not, maybe my USB input is faulty?
 
Is the charger loose in the phone?

Check s voice app on your phone I want to say car mode is enabled thru there.
