Case-less holster?

Are there any holsters that do not require the phone to be in a case? I've looked at the SEIDO hoslters, but they require the outer case.

Looking to keep the bulk to a minimum.

The same day I bought the Nexus (Dec. 15th) I also bought a large Verizon "Universal PDA" horizontal holster w/belt clip. Works great and Nexus fits perfectly in it. So yes, it's there. In fact, it's HERE:

I love having a holster for my phone, but I prefer the Surface Case & Holster combo, simply so I don't have to worry about the constant rubbing on the phone when I take it in and out. I've had phones in the past and you can see it wearing on the phone casing, and to me, I'd rather not. Don't get me wrong, I love the phone naked, but I'd rather find a case that I like, and a holster, and know that the phone will be better protected in the long run. Plus, I know with my Thunderbolt Surface case and holster, the holster would work with pretty much any snap-on cover, not just Seidio's. So I could switch colors whenever I wanted, and still use the holster. Haven't tried that on the Nexus yet, but I would imagine it should work the same.

I bought the Seidio Surface case and spring clip holster becasue they didn't offer the holster only option for the GNex. I use it because there's no other product on the market that does what it does, but I don't like it. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in Seidio for not offering the caseless spring clip holster.
