Help case mic problem

Im on my second case from best buy. I think the brand is platinum. The first case People say I sound very muffled and cant hear me. I took the case back and exchanged it. But now that im looking at the case it has a tiny pin hole which doesnt even line up with the tiny hole on the bottom left of the evo 3d. Plus im not even sure if that is the mic hole becuase there it a bigger opening in the center bottom of the phone that looks like a mic hole and it is completly covered buy the silicon case. Im going to make a test call to my iphone and see which hole is the mic. Anyone else having problems with a case and people not hearing you?

Little hole at bottom is mic. Little hole at top next to the headphone jack is noise cancelling mic. Big hole at the bottom is how you open the phone.

I have had the same issue with the official HTC silicon case from Radio Shack
