Case + Screen Protector??

Has anyone done a combo with a screen protector (not full body as I'm guessing that won't work) and a case. I am leaning towards a combo of Phantom Skinz (or Clarivue) and one of those Amzer Rubberized cases.

I've been reading around and I don't recall seeing anyone mention doing this as a combo...
