I wouldn't recommend it. I believe there is some shielding stuff on the inside of the back cover. A company called Moshi creates a case to accommodates the leather back cover. I'm looking for cases as well because that leather seam down the middle causes a problem.
I was under the impression that the supcase is leather compatible but it seems that it doesn't fit like it should sith the leather. I'm currently using the case without the back cover. I'll let u know how it goes.
The first case I bought for the G4, the Diztronic Full Matte [Soft Touch] [Slim Fit] Flexible TPU Case (LG4-FM-BLK) is a great fit with both the original plastic back cover *and* the new leather back cover.
