So long story short, I am on my 4th Moto Droid after purchasing my first 3 weeks ago. I finally have the phone's bugs worked out (proximity sensor issues) but now I have an issue with my Otterbox case. Out of the 4 phones, it fit fine on 2. The other two, one of which happens to be the one I don't plan on returning, the front plate does not fit.
My wife has the same phone (case fits fine) and it is obvious that the piece of material around the display screen (on the phone) is shaped slightly different...enough that the front plate of the case wont fit on my phone.
I am assuming this will be the same for all cases for this phone.
Anyone else have this issue or a decent solution? Is my droid destined to be in the nude forever?
