Case

I have the commuter and for screen cover went with Zaggs HD screen cover. slips in pocket nice, only 4 silcone contact points(both bottom corners, power and vol rocker)smooth not sticky rubber. case amps the sound up a little(think 1900 recorder player)took a drop from 3 feet flat on it back and no problem. the tabs covering the jack and usb plug are covered so no litter or dust worries.
Over all a good case if you like carring in your pocket, if you like the holster style on ur belt get the defender, but the commuter doesnt bulk it up to much. and with 2 piece construction impacts are lessed vs a 1 piece case. simple physics.

yep, you guys are all over it man . Otter box is the way to go , I have the defender series .It is bulky but i dont care because i have big hands. i cut the door openings on either end of the case off because opening them so much was causing the rubber to deform on my first one ,and having to take apart to acc battery so much. So called them up (OTTER BOX) and they sent me a new one and I kept my old on, Had new one for about 3 months and have not had any problems, Also defender only comes in black as far as i know. Worth the money......jump on it man.......

I bought my otter box off of Ebay, just curious..what does it take to be able to return it for a new one? I didn't save the box it came in or I think the receipt. Glad to know it has a warranty just not sure if it does when you buy it from Ebay.

Are there any, in this fine crowd, that can suggest a good (not cheap) rubber case for my new Titanium GS2

Thank you.
I just bought the samsung galaxy s2 from VM which is the same a the boost mobile version and i looked for a case for it and i found one that i liked so i ordered it and its awesome, it fit it like a glove and it even has a kickstand for watching videos.

I want to get a white case to go with my phone, I have seen a couple, but don't really like any that I have found. I know Otter Box ones are very good ones, but make the phone bulky and not in white, that I know of..

I was afraid to buy it online without knowing it if it was going to fit to my phone, so i opted to buy it on the street a plastic one and rubber on top of the plastic, it is very nice protected

Hands down Otterbox defender for sure. Really protects your $300 investment. Used one on my BB and it looked brand new when I took it out of case after 18 months. Just recived new one for my S2 yesterday perfect fit with standard battery. I have extended battery so I had to mod a little to make it work. Only spent $25 for it so not to painful, but @ $50+ no way.

Well come on up to Huntsville, I have 5 Walmarts with in 20 mins of my house. I'm sure one of them would have one left....

I have a brand new Walmart super center, and they did not have even one case for our phone. Now if you were looking for an iPod case, then had an entire section, they did have cases for the SGS3. I swear I must have the lamest Walmart near me. They sell lots of different phones but only have cases for a couple. (the only Otter Box ones were for the SG3 at least)

is there another brand of screen protectors that are like zagg that stick on and good but not as expensive

Best Skins Ever
I've been using them for many years on several different devices. I like feel of them better than Zagg Invisible Shield, they're WAY cheaper and their customer service is second to none. I've written about them elsewhere on here too. HIGHLY recommend!

Think pay too much at Sprint store. Most of us know the Epic 4g Touch and Sprint/Boost Galaxy S II are the same phone.

Bought my otterbox at sprint because was not sure about warranty at other places .they replaced mine with no questions asked. Most people do know that the sprint and the boost phones are the same.my remarks above were not for u guys but for the noobs that mite be reading thats all.

That's nice, but there is no reason anyone should buy an accessory from a cellphone company's store unless that person has an amazing discount coupon. Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, etc charge way too much for those products. Even the Boost stores charge too much.
