Accessories Cases for 2150 Incredible available

Wanted to share this as I really had a hard time finding a good case for my incredible with the extended battery. The extended battery has a larger back therefore the regular cases did not work. Here is what I came across, found it useful and felt relieved.

I'm using a lousy monitor at the moment - am I correct in thinking they don't cover the back of the device? If so, I think I'll stick to my modded TPU case and get better protection.

Wayrad its basically the same as the case you have now.....

HTC just did the mod for us...

Doesn't look the same - mine covers the back except for two edges of the "hump". So the new one doesn't cover the back? I was hoping it had a clear or black piece there and it just wasn't showing on the crummy CRT monitor I've got at work.

I just ran across something interesting. A case is available for the Incredible with the 2150 extended battery from htcpedia.com They look like a normal case with an opening in the back for the battery. They are backordered but I ordered 1 anyway. Silicone or hard rubber!!

The red one is the Verizon silicon case....so I suspect you are right!

Someone over at XDA got one, and it looked pretty bad by his pictures. They are just taking other cases, and cutting out the back. Not even clean cuts, ragged just like you see in their sample pictures. I'd suggest avoid them, or buy the case and cut it yourself...

I got mine yesterday...and yeah, they cut them out themselves. Looks like crap...I paid $24.00 and some change for something that I probably could have done myself. Loved my Innocase Active. Probably buy another one and cut out the back.
