I am live in Sweden. I get same problem regarding the calls and the internet to slow and low range connection for calls. I have contact CAT support. They have contact with local workshop. They pick it up to restore Andorid 8. I should make a backup and reset factory settings before. They send it back with Android 8. Its working well but i get other problem i couldn't restore my backup. The phone could't restore the backup was saving in google cloud account. Mayby Android 8 dont read backup of 9?
Any ideas?

What happens to the phone may be related to the Tool Box application.
What we need to do is the following:
1. With the volume button select the option "Try again" and with the power button, confirm it.
2. The phone will restart.
Quickly, you have to follow these steps, maybe the phone will go back to the options screen again, but don't stop doing these steps until you get it, it's the only way not to lose the information.
1 Once the phone is turned on again, make your selections: CONFIGURATION> APPLICATIONS> VIEW xx APPLICATIONS > the applications are in alphabetical order, as soon as possible select TOOL BOX app.
2. Once you are in the tool box app> select STORAGE> DELETE DATA.
3. Go back to the previous screen and select "FORCE STOP
4. When finished, restart the phone.
