I just got a new Samsung Epic. Until now, I have been in the dark. I've had a cell phone since 2000 but I've never had a data plan. I've only started texting in the last year.

So I know there will be a learning curve but right now I am incredibly frustrated. These things are not as easy to use as teenagers make them look.

If anyone has any tips or advice on how to make my transition and use easier, please let me know.

Also, at the bottom of this it says I can add 25 tags. What is a tag? or a Trackback?
