Help !Caution With Bloatware!

Think twice before removing some bloatware like Canvas or (possibly) YouTube! These can be crucial to the system. It is possible that doing so can result in an unsuccessful installation of the future Quarter 1 2010 Android 2.2 software update!

I have devised a pre-solution before problems arise during the delivery of the update (SOLUTION ONLY FOR CRICKET!!). IF the update installation is unsuccessful, go to this link: http://www.suckmydroid.com/downloads/custom-and-recovery-roms

This will restore your phone to its original state.(NOTE: I AM NOT SURE IF THIS SOLUTION WILL ACTUALLY RESTORE THE BLOATWARE ALSO)

dont sweat it. Ive re flashed millions of times and unless u replace a system app(such as updating to new market) all the crap and bloat ware will be back in a flash so dont worry, if some thing is required by new update, which knowing what i know about how a developer usually crates updates, all that is needed to update are basic systemfiles.

I have read about other users with that problem. I also had the same problem when updating the mytouch 3g to froyo. I removed some bloatware prior to update installation and installation failed and I lost the update opportunity. As I have said, this is likely to happen, so it might happen to some people. Since some newbies or starters sometimes erase crucial apps. HENCE I SAID USE CAUTION WHEN UNINSTALLING BLOATWARE, I DID NOT SAY, "DO NOT DO IT, IT WILL DEFINETLY CAUSE ANDROID 2.2 INSTALLATION PROBLEMS".

I will edit my post to make it more accurate. Thanks:)
