Since the blow up on xda with shooter kernel guys, I am coming here to ask if anyone has access or a link to either chad's anthrax v4 ics or kernel, or any other one that is fairly stable?

Google just turns up dead links...

His kernels while worked for asop weren't made for asop. If you are looking for kernels for cm9 and miui you need to look at xda there are few but they are there.
