Root [CDMA] Can't install anyother ROM

Hey everyone. I''m having quite a strange problem. So heres the facts first. Evo3D, Hboot1.5, Rooted S-Off. SO I started on synergy rom, then transferred to infected eternity rom and finally viper red line rom. All sense 2.0 rom. Now that all of the Sense 3.0 ICS roms are coming out, i thought i'd try install one. I use CWM and boot to recovery. I've tried Viper ICS, Team Genesis ICS, d3rp ICS, and every single time I try to install zip from sd card I get this, "...aborted (bad)". So I assume the zip files are bad. I downloaded them from HTCEVOHACKS from zedomax, so I try getting the rom from XDA instead. Still "(bad)". So I try to re-install synergy or infected eternity again, they all say "(bad)", even when theyre the exact same files I had running weeks before. The one and only rom I can run on this phone that will even install from CWM is Viper Redline. I'm pretty frustrated. Has anyone had this problem or has VIper ROM formatted my phone in some way? Thanks.

No I have not. I was considering the flashimage GUI method. Tried redownloading the rom again but same out come. Does the recovery you use make a difference?

4EXT Recovery is the way to go is you are S-ON, make sure when you install, you check mark that you are S-ON in the smartflash

Ok, well I have S-off. Update, I got the roms to install. Turns out it was my memory card. I changed it and now the roms load fine. However, every single ROM (once again), gets me stuck in a boot loop. I get past all of the loading and booting and just as the screen changes from the load screen to the home screen, it crashes and re boots. I have wiped the factory reset, the cache and even the divalk cache. I dont know why I cant get just one rom to work.
