How do I activate the MOTO G on Boost after I have wiped and installed CM11? I cant seem to find the menu to update the PRL and MSID.

Restore your stock firmware and activate. Then reinstall cm11.

You do it the same way you did it before. You can only activate the phone running stock firmware. After its activated, you can flash whatever you want.
