Root [CDMA] Error loading recovery

I've tried this numerous times and each time after loading recovery from from the fastboot (I've tried every method I've found), no matter what, immediately after the reboot I've got a phone icon with a green power circle on it in the middle of the screen and it then changes to the phone icon with the red warning triangle with explanation point in the middle of the screen. Nothing more happens unless I pull the battery and then it reboots normally. Bootloader shows S-off, though when I did the S-off I did get the "communications with phone unexpectedly interrupted" error. Bootloader though shows S-off. How do I get past this red triangle warning screen? Thanks.

Download rom manager and flash clockwork recovery from there download quick boot and boot into recovery. You may have a bad recovery. If you got twrp from xda remember to rename or PG86IMG.zip if you are in windows you don't have to put the file extension
