Root [CDMA] EVO 3d flashed to Cricket

Quick question, Im buying a EVO 3d that has been fully flashed to cricket. All Im trying to figure out is when I get this phone, How do I get it on my account with my number? Is it just as simple as going to the cricket store and asking them to switch my number to this phone? Not quite sure. Friend said all I had to do was switch my phone number in qpst. But, im a noob and have no idea what qpst is. I know it has something to do with flashing but I just wanna know if Im going to be able to simply go to cricket and have it activated or am I going to have to do something else. Thanks

Is your number already on Cricket? If not, then no, you have to do a little more than just punch your account info into QPST. You have to get their customer support to transfer it over. Might as well ask them if they could activate a flashed Evo 3D, too. If not, this is QPST:

Download Qualcomm Product Support Tools (QPST) v.2.7.323 | QPST | Catalog - News, articles, free drivers and firmware catalog: X-DRIVERS.COM

It's just a tool that changes the settings in a Qualcomm equipped device (which the Evo 3D is). It's kinda like CDMA workshop, if you have any clue about that.

But once you get all the account information from the Cricket represntitive, you should be able to put the applicable info into QPST with your Evo 3D plugged into it and be good to go.
