Root [CDMA] Flash Cyanogenmod with Flash Image GUI

Hi i am rooted with htc method on hboot 1.5 and was wondering if i could flash cyanogenmod rom through this app. i tried doing it through team win recovery but i got stuck in boot loop even though i wiped everything before

To flash with the 1.5 unlock you need to do it through fastboot.
