Root [CDMA] HTC Dev down?

I am trying to root someone elses evo 3d. And I am not able to paste the identifier token... any ideas? am I doing something wrong?

That's the website I am using.. It just wont load anything and there isn't anywhere to paste the token there..

Bc you paste it from SDK on your computer.

There is a step by step guide on how to use it in the instructions
Read it again VERY VERY SLOW AND CAREFUL

To open SDK on your computer you

Hit Windows + R
A search tab will open in the lower left then type "cmd"
It will open sdk

I have the code from the cmd but when i try to go to input it into the site nothing happens. it worked when i did this to my own phone..

Try using another browser. Some report that they had a hard time with Chrome, but it worked with IE.
