i have an htc evo 3d and the ESN is clean i want to know what company will take it but not sprint. where i can have unlimited everything but no contract. please and thank you

For starters it would depend on whether it is CDMA or GSM.
examples sprint uses CDMA and AT&T uses GSM.

There are few CDMA carriers you can flash the phone too that I know of.

Im sure there are several more but I am not aware of them. Most of the carriers can only do a talk, text flash. You would have to flash data, 3G and MMS fixes yourself. There are several posts here on android forums, xda-developers.com, unleashedprepaids.com that will walk you trough step by step. Or you g=could pay someone close to $80.00 to do a full flash.
