Root [CDMA] Just flashed to boostmobile , i have a question

I just flashed my phone to boostmobile and everything works , 3G , voice and txt , but my 3g goes on and off alot and i gotta put the phone on airplane mode to get 3G is there away to fix this?

my evo 3d does that when the 3g icon disappears i turn on the wi-fi then back off then the 3g comes back
 
I'm trying to find a full guide to flash my Evo 3D to boost. Do you have a link to a easy to follow guide to do this. I've never flashed a phone to a different carrier but a have rooted a few phones and flashed lots of ROMs so I'm not new to moding androids. I'm not afraid to mess with my phone. Sprint is becoming to expensive and really just want a cheaper bill since my contract will be up soon.

there a tutorial on how to flash it on the HTC evo 4g forums that how i flashed mines.
