Root [CDMA] Newb problem, im sure.

Yesterday I rooted my Evo 3D.

I currently have hboot 1.5 and S-On.

I didn't realize that I needed to be S-Off to flash a custom rom. I tried to install Cyanogen mod and now it's stuck in the boot animation. I also tried flashing the Stock rom that was attached to the tutorial I used to root my device. I get the same problem, stuck at the splash screen.

Seems like nothing I do will fix the problem. I've searched pretty much everywhere trying to find the solution to this problem.

I apologize in advance if this is a problem previously solved. Any help pointing me in the right direction or assisting me in finding a solution would be great.

Please read thread Referenced below - you don't NEED s-off to flash roms...you just need to follow all the instructions!

As helpful as that is, I can't actually download, install, and use that app. My problem right now, is that my phone will not boot up. Like I said, it gets stuck at the splash screen. I can't find a way to fix the problem.
