Root [CDMA] Noob Brick

So I rooted my phone using the htc method and then sideloaded barnacle. It didn't work and started to look around for a fix and found CM7_Shooter_Tether_Mod.zip
and without doing any research I installed it which caused it to become bricked. When I looked up CM7 I learned that I was an idiot for flashing in the first place. I have tried to put CM7 on the phone and even tried to use a stock rom and tried the RUU. None fix it. I have full access to Hboot and twrp. Is there a way to uninstall the mod?

Boot into bootloader then boot to recovery through fastboot and flash a new rom, a full wipe may be needed

I'm nowhere near an expert on this stuff but I'll offer my advice.

You MUST enter recovery via fastboot in order for it to have full write permissions with HBOOT 1.5/HTC's unlock method. In your command prompt (once fastboot is connected and working), type:
fastboot boot recovery.img
This is assuming that's what you named it.
Try flashing a ROM after using that method to enter recovery because it can write the kernel as well.
