Root [CDMA] Official Cyanogenmod nightly for Moto G!

Alright this one should work good for my motog right? And if it messes up at all I can just restore one of my backups and be set right?

Yes, this should work on your Moto G, and if you've made a backup you should have no problem restoring if necessary.

Everything seems to be working except MMS, but that's something they are working on right now. They were looking for some logcats yesterday for the XT1031 to fix MMS but I haven't had a chance to see if it had been fixed yet.
 
So I have a working cm nightly on my phone. Now and they just added a new nightly. So can I flash that cm on top of the one I have without a data and cache whipe or do I have to whipe data and cache no matter what?
 
Yea everyone was saying mms wasn't working. On xt1031 so I was expecting G it not to work when I flashed the cm11 nightly but when I tried it it was working fine and still have enough had no problems with anything

I have had the same or close to the same problem it kept saying that message not sent or it would just sit there and hang. I may be wrong in this case because everyone else's problems might not be the same as mine. I have moto g xt1031 with the unofficial cm11.
What I did is gone into Google voice settings and took out the selection that says something like send all messages through Google voice and wam instant change was sending n receiving SMS n MMS no problems hope this helps out
 
O OK cool yeah I didn't have to do all that bit that's good to know ... the only prob I have is I can't send or receive picture messages. Does or moto g send or receive pic messages
 
Ha ha wow I feel like an idiot this whole time I thought that just ment text messages and I thoughrvi was the only one that had it working lol. Bit OK thanks for cleering that up. I had another question. I was wondering what the difference is between dalvik and art in runte?

This rom works perfectly on the xt1031. If you are having trouble with it you should probably post your issue over on the XDA forum where the ROM was actually released, this is just announcing the release. Here is the link from the first post.
