Root [CDMA] phone not rebooting completely

NP, then keep your phone as is, and you can take all OTA's now without any issues. Your good to go. Enjoy your phone again. ;)

DonB, I'm a noob for sure, be kind, when following this advice would you have any idea if my flash to pageplus would be effected? I have the Sprint Evo 3D. Not eager to get ICS if I have to flash it yet again. Thank you in advanced.
 
I am assuming page plus is a carrier, rooting should not affect that.

rooting in itself wont affect the page plus flash,but APNs may need to be re-entered when you flash new roms,in order to get data and mms to worrk again.

running an ruu i do not think will affect the phone number/min/msi/web settings,but i could be wrong on that. its quite possible that running an ruu may wipe out some key settings that make the phone look for page plus and not sprint. in a very best case scenario,voice and text will work and youll definately have to re-enter APN info to get data/mms.
