Root [CDMA] Phone says upgrading apps

Dunno if anyone has had this issue after rooting or not but every time I restart my phone it goes through its normal Motorola startup crap but then it goes to a screen that says it is upgrading apps and optimizing the apps, which usually takes about 5 minutes to do this. It's only done this since I rooted my phone. Is there any way to stop it from doing this every time I restart?

Have you tried wiping your data through recovery? Have you tried flashing a rooted rom?

why would I need to flash a custom ROM?? this is all still on 4.4.2 android. Also I have wiped all data from my phone before and it still does it

It should do this every time you install a zip in recovery. It's completely notlrmal don't worry about it!

Does it happen every time you turn on your device? Mine is rooted with at&t and it is only I wipe a cache I have that problem
