Well I could always turn S back on, But ill do the HTCDev to unlock my phone and flash a recovery on it.
ill give an update on how it goes.

You will regret that tremendously. Its a one way street with hboot 1.5. If you have S-OFF you need to be happy. THis is what people are killing for right now! You should not turn it off....

Just go to htcdev, unlock, flash twrp, flash rom. Be happy.
