Root [CDMA] Remove google account from rooted phone or unroot

Ive got an evo3d thats rooted. I wanna remove the google account so i can resell it. I kno a factory reset might mess it up so yeah what can i do?
 
Go into recovery and format data, stock rooted phone without a google account will be the result
