( I didn't make a Backup on the phone)

so PLEASE help me!!!!!!!!!!!

I will move this post to the Root section so you can get better help ;)

If u still have a recovery just flash a custom ROM then you should be all set, and for you to get unrooted you would have to run 1.13 , 2.08. Or 2.17 stock RUUs what that does is

Wipes the phone
Flashes stock ROM unrooted
Removes custom recovery and replaces it with stock recovery screen
If u use 2.08 or later to return to stock u will get hboot upgraded to 1.5
Either way u should be able run one of them. Atleast if you didn't brick your phone that is.

Why do you want to unroot it ?? are you taking the phone back ?? as Lilg mentioned, you should still have a recovery on it, simply boot into recovery and either flash a Stock Rom, or a Rom of your choice, then we can take it from there.

Yea, if you don't know how to get into recovery you simply make sure the phone is completely out (battery pull is the fastest way)
Hold down the Volume Down + Power button (in that order)
You will see the white HTC logo then let go of both buttons
From there u can go through recovery and flash any Rom. Try a ROM based on 2.17 instead of the ICS roms to be sure your phone can maintain the original firmware
