Root [CDMA] [rooted] Random Reboots and Freezes

Ive been enjoying the newest version of MeanRom (4.3) for the last couple of weeks now up until the other day when the phone started to freeze up on the lock screen and reboot once a day or so. I flashed the newest Private Anthrax kernel which worked fine for a day or so, now im getting lock screen freezes and reboots almost every hour, which is very annoying. My basebands are all up to date, as is everything else software related on the handset.
Im thinking its a software problem between MeanRom and Anthrax kernel (which I havnt seemed to notice a difference between that and the dodava kernel which came with MeanRom as far as performance goes).
I am going to try and flash another ROM (im thinking MeanRom ICS) to see if that changes anything
 
Update:
I flashed Infected rom, which is really cool but my device was having trouble connecting to my pc (both as internet pass-though and mounting the SD card), this is a big turn off so I flashed meanROM 4.2 and have had no problems so far.
With Infected ROM, could it be the kernel that could be causing the connection problems with the pc? I didnt stick with the Ziggy Kernel long enough to find out, I would keep flashing the Anthraz kernel right after the ROM
 
as i recall, if you are s-on you need to use chads ics kernel
not sure which one, because he is no longer at xda and is now kernelchef at infected rom
