This is running on my C2D unlocking computer ( I run a phone unlocking) shop.

WinXP sp3

Any help would be appreciated. Its an Evo 3d on stock ICS.

Well Firstly to my knowledge can't root a 3d via 4G lte method, you'll need to refer to the sticky root guide to be able to root your 3d

Correct, you need to read and ask questions before you root a phone with an app that has nothing to do with your phone, when you are not sure what you are doing you need to ask, before you brick or damage your phone, there is a good sticky to read and read that before doing anything else and also ask all the questions before doing anything to make sure you understand what you are doing, see Sticky below:
